Step 02

Visit the site

Join us on one of our fixed Saturday site visits. We tour the parcel, walk you to your shortlisted plots, and answer every question on the ground.

Walk the graded roads and corner beacons
Meet the Apstar team on site

Step 03

Reserve your plot

Settled on a plot? Pay the booking deposit — we issue the offer letter and mark the plot as Booked on the live inventory.

Offer letter issued the same day

Step 04

Complete payment & transfer

Pay in full (cash) or clear the balance over 3 months. On completion we register the transfer and hand over your individual title deed.

KES 550,000 cash — or 30% + 3 monthly instalments
