48th Annual Delegates’ Meeting (ADM) & Education Day

Join Apstar DT Sacco Society Ltd. for our upcoming 48th Annual Delegates’ Meeting (ADM) and the preceding Delegates’ Education Day. This is a vital gathering for our delegates to review the society’s progress, adopt financial statements, and participate in the leadership election process.

Event Details

• Delegates’ Education Day: Monday, 23rd March 2026.

• 48th Annual Delegates’ Meeting: Tuesday, 24th March 2026.

• Time: 8:00 am prompt.

• Venue: Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD), along Desai Road, off Thika Super Highway, Nairobi.

Key Agenda Highlights

The meeting will address several critical items, including:

• Confirmation of the 47th ADM minutes.

• Review of the National Chairman’s and Supervisory Committee reports.

• Adoption of Audited Financial Statements and distribution of surplus for the year ended 31st December 2025.

• Approval of the 2027 Budget and appointment of 2026 Auditors.

• Society elections and resolutions.

Important Notice for Delegates

• Arrival: Please be in Nairobi by Sunday, 22nd March 2026, to ensure you are ready for the Monday session.

• Identification: All delegates must bring their original National Identity Cards.

• Travel: Delegates are requested to travel by the most economical means. Transport refunds will be processed upon the production of valid travel receipts.
